Dutch Heetbrink brings over 30 years of experience as a business executive, educator and President of a Community Theater to his role as president of Dutch Consulting, LLC

Dutch's straightforward, practical approach to business consulting stems partly from his extensive global business experience, which includes 25 years of management experience at Fortune 1000 companies, including Apple Computer, Adobe Systems and Network Appliance. The other part is his personality. As he likes to explain it: "I'm a farm boy from Holland. I'm not used to giving up. I'm probably a little hard-headed.  I spent a lot of time talking to everybody. Only that way you what people inside and outside the organization think about your organization".  Dutch is committed to helping companies achieve greater sales. productivity and profitability by designing and delivering strategic, practical solutions that promote a winning season, teamwork, leadership accountability and diversity at all levels of an organization.

Dutch also delivers keynote talks and interactive workshops on leadership, strategic business planning, performance and accountability, building patron loyalty, diversity and team dynamics. He is the current President of the Board at the Edmonds Driftwood Players and past Commodore of The Edmonds Yacht Club.
